How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your Braaply account and all associated data, please send an email to support@braaply.com from the email address associated with your account.

Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line to help us process your request quickly.

Data Deletion Policy

We take your privacy seriously. When you request account deletion, here's what happens:

Account Data

Your profile, ride history, saved trails, photos, and all personal information will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Retained Data

We may retain certain data for legal and compliance purposes, including:

Financial transaction records (required for tax and accounting compliance)
Legal compliance records (e.g., DMCA takedown notices)
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you

User-Generated Content

If you've contributed trails, photos, or reviews that other users rely on, some content may be retained in an anonymized form (without your personal information) to maintain service quality for the community.

Before You Delete

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please consider:

You will lose access to all saved trails and ride history
Any active subscriptions will be canceled (no refunds for current period)
Your username will become available for others to use
You will need to create a new account to use Braaply again
