Rock Run Recreation Area is a massive 6,000-acre park offering 140 miles of well-maintained, marked, and rated trails. The system, which includes a few sections of single track, primarily consists of wide, multi-use trails that traverse a varied landscape of reclaimed coal land. The terrain is a mix of hard-packed earth, loose dirt, and some rocky sections, with trails designed to accommodate all skill levels from beginner to expert.
Located in Cambria County, this large park is open to all types of off-road vehicles, including dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and Jeeps on designated routes. With a well-marked trail system and options for on-site camping, it is an excellent destination for a multi-day riding trip.
