The Sandstone Trail is a 36-mile trail that winds through a longleaf pine forest. The trail is currently closed for the season. The terrain is mostly sand and clay, but can also have some hardpack, loose dirt, and sticky red dirt sections. The trail features some hills, stream crossings, small jumps, and many berms. It is primarily for intermediate riders, with some beginner sections and a small amount of expert terrain.
