A Florida Forest Service OHV permit is mandatory for all vehicles using the trails. In addition to annual permits, this specific forest offers a three-day pass for shorter visits. Key rules include operating hours from 8:00 AM to sunset, a 30 mph speed limit, and a requirement for all riders to wear a DOT-approved helmet and have a spark arrester.
