Known to many as 'Motorcycle Island,' the Appalachia Bay ORV Area offers a distinct riding experience on predominantly sandy terrain. The system consists of miles of twisting, wooded trails mixed with open beach areas and some hard-packed ground. The trails feature some small jumps and berms but no steep hills or large jumps, making the area best suited for intermediate riders, with some sections also appropriate for beginners.
