The Caribou Hills, a large off-road area known locally as "The Hills," offers many miles of rugged, old mining roads for dirtbike riding. The terrain is quite diverse, with a mix of loose dirt, rocks, and some sandy sections, but its most notable feature is the presence of deep mud puddles and numerous water crossings, especially during the wetter summer months.
