The Castle Mountains trail system has about 50 miles of single-track trails that wind through the mountains, with interconnecting loops. A portion of the trails are open to ATVs and UTVs with a maximum width of 50 inches. The trail system is best suited for intermediate riders, but also has some expert terrain and a small amount for beginners. A Montana OHV permit is required.
