Dirtbikes are not allowed on the Chippewa County ATV Trail. This 23-mile system is open to ATVs and UTVs up to 65 inches wide and operates seasonally, typically from May 1 until the start of the deer gun season in November. The trail consists of scenic, hardpacked paths with challenging steep hills and valleys formed by glaciers. Riders should be cautious as traffic is two-way on all trails.
