The Solana State Forest offers about 15 miles of trails that wind over rolling hills and swampy sections. The trails are mostly hard-packed with some loose dirt and rocks, and they can have some mud after rain. The trail system is mostly for beginners, with a little intermediate-level terrain. The park is open to motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs, but Jeeps are prohibited. A separate staging area offers direct access to the Soo Line Trail, which is only open to ATVs.
