White Water ORV Area is an 80-acre park offering approximately 10 miles of wide, winding trails. The terrain is composed almost entirely of sand and is known for its numerous mud holes, creating a unique riding environment. The trail system is mostly flat with some small jumps and is easy to navigate, making it best suited for beginner riders. Due to the wide trails and terrain type, this park is very popular with ATVs and 4x4s, so dirt bikers should expect to share the space with larger vehicles.
Located below the Keystone Dam, this riding area is open to all OHV types and is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. There is no fee to ride, but the park has a seasonal schedule and is typically open from March through December.
