The property offers a mix of marked and unmarked, one-way single-track trails, with terrain ranging from loose and sandy to hard-packed ground, as well as steep hills and some water crossings. The riding is best suited for intermediate riders, but there is also a separate 3-acre area with flat, easy trails dedicated to beginners. The ranch also features many jumps and berms.
