The Porterfield Lake Motorcycle Trail is a 31-mile single-track trail designed for motorcycles only. The trail's surface is dark, packed soil with a large number of roots and rocks between tight trees. The entire trail system is made up of switchbacks, with many technical and challenging sections, but also some easier bypasses. The trail is best suited for intermediate and expert riders, with some terrain for beginners. The trail has a maximum width of 24 inches. ATVs, UTVs, and Jeeps are prohibited.
