The Horseshoe Lake Motorcycle Trail is a 15-mile single-track trail system located in the Huron-Manistee National Forest. The terrain is a mix of sandy and hard-packed soil, with slight elevation changes through a forest of pines and oaks. The trails are tight and twisty with many berms, and they form several long loops. The trails to the north are open to street-legal dual-sport motorcycles, while the trails to the south are for non-street-legal motorcycles. The trail system is primarily for intermediate riders, with some beginner and limited expert terrain.
The trail is for motorcycles only, with a maximum width of 24 inches. ATVs, UTVs, and Jeeps are prohibited. Equestrians also use the area on separate USFS service roads. The trailhead has a vault toilet and free parking, but camping is not permitted.Dirt Bike Trail System
