The Tomahawk Motorcycle Trail is a 40-mile trail system composed of three loops. Loop A is for motorcycles and ATVs with a maximum width of 50 inches. Loops B and C, which are more challenging, are for motorcycles only, with a maximum width of 24 inches. The terrain is generally sandy, rocky, and hard-packed, with a mix of wooded, rolling, and hilly sections. The trails feature some berms and small jumps, but no water crossings. The park is best suited for intermediate riders, with some terrain for beginners and a small amount for experts.
The trail system is part of the Michigan Cross Country Cycle Trail. A permit is required to ride, and some sections of the B Loop require a Secretary of State license. Camping is allowed in some areas, but UTVs and Jeeps are prohibited on all trails.Dirt Bike Trail System
