The terrain is primarily hard-packed silt on the playa, perfect for high-speed riding, but transitions to softer soil and exposed, rocky conditions in the surrounding canyonlands. The trails are best suited for beginner and intermediate riders, though venturing into the canyons can provide more of a challenge.
